Booking terms and conditions

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Our bookings are subject to a cancellation policy.

Your credit or debit card details will be required at the time of booking for confirmation of your booking.

Your credit or debit card will not be charged at the time of booking.

You have up to 24 hours prior to your booking time to cancel your booking.

We remind you that you have a 15 minutes grace period.

Please call us if you are delayed more than 15 minutes after the booked time.

For bookings at our BEACH CLUB, you must check in at our beach reception before 13h; otherwise, your booking will be automatically cancelled.

All table and VIP sunbed assignments are made on arrival on a random basis.

Please note that for reservations at our RESTAURANT, you will have your table for 2 hours.

No outside food and beverages are allowed in the restaurant.

We may contact you regarding this booking.

We have an area to leave your luggage, but under no circumstances are we responsible for your luggage.

Please check that your email address and telephone number are correct.

RESERVATION INFORMATION

All our bookings are subject to an associated cancellation policy.

If you wish to change the date of your booking or the number of diners, your request will be dealt with as long as it is made at least 24 hours prior to your booking time, and if there are places available. You can do this by contacting the restaurant by telephone or by email.

In the event that diners fail to show up without giving any notice at least 24 hours prior to their booking, cancel less than 24 hours before the booked time or turn up late after the 15 minutes grace period without prior notice, a charge of €50 per person will be made.
